You know those scifi movies where they uncover a spaceship that has been dormant for 100 years and it boots up again? Lights coming on… screens initializing. That is exactly how I feel today. This blog has been dormant for too long, and I am ready to seed it with new life!
When I left Dell (now a little over two years ago) the blogging here abruptly stopped. You need to have information feeding a blog to run a blog, and most of that went dry at the time. I felt a bit like this guy:
If you know this movie, you might know that this guy actually sacrificed himself to spawn new life on the planet he was on. It is a bit like that for me as well… Rebooting the blog!

Why the reboot? Well, because… Nowadays I work for Portworx by Pure Storage! As I once again run lots of interesting discussions on persistency plus Kubernetes, I feel there is enough input once again to boot up the blog again…
